Bearing tolerances
The wall of the outer ring of Sendzimir bearings is very thick, and the main tolerance accuracy requirement is the wall thickness difference. When used in groups, the bearings must also be grouped according to the wall thickness difference. Sendzimir bearings produced by LMM can be grouped into P6, P5, and P4 according to ISO492. The grouping tolerance of the wall thickness difference of each group can be specified in the user production agreement.
Bearing lubrication
Sendzimir bearings can be lubricated with oil from the cooling rollers. The viscosity of the oil should be 8-12mm2/s at 40°C. They can also be lubricated with an oil-water mixture, but at this time the oil-water mixture must be strictly filtered. Meets the requirements for bearing lubricant cleanliness.
Maintenance and reworking
Because the outer ring wall of Sendzimir bearings is very thick, when the outer ring surface and raceway of the bearing are fatigued, they can be repaired and reused.
